(serial # AGO385xx, a 2004 date according to Seamus' date chart) I bought the gun used, about a year ago, and did not get a manual with it. Don't be silly this is Beretta you're talking about, they just use loctite. No, seriously, that's exactly what they do. The 692 with it's catalogue of design & quality issues is like Beretta's version of the Vauxhall Frontera. Don't buy one unless you've got a good sense of humour.
